CCDC/IUCr Journals proposal 4: capturing information about experimental facilities

In summary, data names are proposed that capture facility and
beamline/instrument names.

My comments: I think these are both excellent suggestions.  I think we
could also make a dataname for

(1) the ORCID id of the instrument, if it exists
(2) a citation for the instrument. This could link to a citation in the
list of citations.

Anybody else have any comments?
