Additional fields for _audit_author; author roles

Dear Core DMG,

A proposal has been received to expand the fields available for the
_audit_author loop. Currently this includes only a name and address. It is
proposed to expand this to include ORCID ID, email and affiliation, as well
as adding a separate loop to describe the roles of each of the authors.
For example, the following loop would describe and experiment where
instrument responsible M Jones collected data and helped lead investigator
S Sparrow to reduce the data. S Sparrow went to J Harkness for help with
the structural solution:

This expansion is requested because of the many CIFs which represent the
cumulative efforts of a number of people, but the CIF may be the first or
only documentation of the experiment that is available.  I am led to
understand that the inclusion of such credits in CIFs is seen as a good
idea by the wider community.

If there are no objections to this expansion, I will prepare a set of
definitions and submit them to this group for approval.
