[SA_Scat] Model reconstruction using machine learning methods directly from SAXS

Dear Colleague and friends,

We developed a method for 3D model reconstruction. In this method, we
utilize the auto-encoder to compress the model representation in latent
space, and then applied genetic algorithm to re-build the model. The radius
can also be optimized as a free parameter.
