[SA_scat] Call for Nominations: SAS-2009 Awards for Excellence

Dear Colleague,

 

The SAS-2009 Local Organizing Committee would like to solicit
nominations from the SAS Community for recipients of the following
awards to be presented at SAS-2009 :

 

The awards are:

 

        Lifetime Achievement in SAS (the 'Andre Guinier Award') *

        

        Excellence in SAS Technical/Instrumental Development 

        

        Excellence in the Theoretical Development of SAS 

        

        Excellence in the Application of SAS 

 

(* in collaboration with the IUCr Commission on Small-Angle Scattering)

 

 

Self-nomination is permitted.

 

Completed nominations should be emailed as PDF attachments to
SAS2009 at diamond.ac.uk to arrive no later than midnight BST on May 30,
2009.

 

Other awards and prizes will also be made at SAS-2009.
