[pdDMG] DDLm pdCIF issue 2: What is the difference between pd_meas_2theta_scan and pd_meas_angle_2theta?

GSAS-II, probably the most comprehensive user of pdCIF, does not use
_pd_meas_angle_2theta. Based on that single datapoint, and there having
been no reply to the original email, I will make pd_meas_angle_2theta an
alias to pd_meas_2theta_scan.
