Dear List,

I have prepared another pull request to add a single further data tag to
_array_data_external_data. This tag describes the compression used for
individual frames; previous tags described compression for entire archives.
I would not have thought this necessary but proteindiffraction.org contains
archives within which each frame has been compressed. The pull request is
at https://github.com/yayahjb/cbflib/pull/53.
