Hi
Yes, it makes sense to have the definition of the size at the edge of
the slits nearest the crystal and the divergence (or cross-fire,
whatever you want to call it), since it should be simple arithmetic
(for a simple beam) to work out from that the size of the beam at the
crystal and the detector.
