Author roles draft definitions

How will authors with multiple roles be handled?

* Both author id and author role are keys, so the same author id is
repeated with different roles if multiple roles are performed.

What if the actual role is not one of the ones enumerated?

* Then please advise what roles are missing so we can add them to the list.

What happens if a person who declines to be cited as an author is a person
who actually performed one of the roles cited?

* Note these "authors" are distinct from the publication authors. If an
author wishes not to appear in the file but for some reason the role needs
to be identified, then an anonymous author can be defined in the author
list.
