Two new proposed data names (adhesive specification, temperature device) from the IUCr web pages

Dear CoreDMG

Please review the following new data name suggestions. They both seem
useful to me. Do we need to also introduce a controlled list of
cooling/heating techniques that would allow a general understanding of the
method of cooling/heating (e.g. "gas flow", "enclosed volume")? What would
such a list look like?
