Latest version of cif_core for review

Dear Core DMG,

I have prepared a summary HTML version of the current cif_core dictionary
(definitions and aliases only) to aid in your review, accessible from the
following link:

http://comcifs.github.io/cif_core.dic.html

This document was autogenerated, so may contain some surprises. In the
event of such surprises, the text version at
https://github.com/COMCIFS/cif_core/blob/cif2-conversion/cif_core.dic
remains the canonical document. If you have suggestions as to what else you
would like included in the HTML version, I should be able to update
relatively quickly.

Note that the DMG review period concludes on the 19th of September, after
which COMCIFS will be presented with the dictionary for approval.
