Dear Colleagues,

After some delays, I finally have the next coreCIF discussion paper 
ready for consideration by the CIF core Dictionary Maintenance Group 
(attached).

In order to keep things moving, I have set the deadline for responses as 
Jan 15, but this can be extended if anyone needs more time.

I look forward to hearing your views.
