COMCIFS nominates Herbert Bernstein as representative to NIAC

Please be advised that COMCIFS (the IUCr Committee for the Maintenance of
the CIF standard) has renominated Herbert Bernstein as our representative
to NIAC.  We remain appreciative of the good working relationship between
