Hi James,
Great job preparing the documents for the vote. The proposal looks very good. I
didn't yet have a chance to fully study every detail, but I have a question
about the new quoting rules. Is there a way to "escape" the quoting character
(which is usually done with a backslash, e.g. "he said \"hello\"")? If I
understand correctly the CIF2 proposal doesn't assign a special meaning to the
backslash. Is this true?
Ralf
